Biowint is a temperature tolerant turbo yeast. Will ferment 6 kg sugar to 14% alcohol in 2 days, 7 kg sugar to 16% in 2-3 days and 8 kg sugar to 18% alcohol in 4-5 days in 25 liters total volume.

Instructions for 25 liters
1. Dissolve 6-8 kg of sugar into 6 hot or boiling water. Make sure the sugar has completly dissolved before continuing.
2. Top up to final 25 L volume with cold water, continue to stir until the liquid is mixed.
3. Make sure the liquid temperature is below 35*C, then add the Turbo Yeast. Stir until no yeast particles are visible.
4. Allow to ferment at 20-30*C air temperature until fermentation stops.
