Coobra 7 Turbo Yeast is a temperature tolerant turbo yeast that is suited for sugar mash, fruit Schnapps and alco base. Will ferment 7 kg sugar in 5 days.

Instructions for 25 liters
1. Dissolve 7 kg of sugar into 6 hot or boiling water. Make sure the sugar has completly dissolved before continuing.
2. Top up to final 25 L volume with cold water, continue to stir until the liquid is mixed.
3. Make sure the liquid temperature is below 25*C, then add Turbo Yeast. Stir until no yeast particles are visible.
4. Allow to ferment at 25*C temperature.
